Théoule sur mer

Théoule-sur-Mer is a coastal town in the Alpes-Maritimes region, located between Cannes and Saint-Raphaël at the foot of the volcanic Estérel massif. This natural setting gives the resort its distinctive character, with red rocky cliffs meeting turquoise waters and small sheltered coves. The town comprises several coastal districts, including Miramar and La Galère, as well as the small port of La Figueirette, popular for scuba diving and boat trips. The beaches, often pebbly or fine sand, alternate with wilder inlets accessible via the coastal path that runs along the shoreline towards Le Trayas. Inland, the Estérel massif offers walking opportunities along forest tracks with views over the Mediterranean. The mild Mediterranean climate, pleasant for much of the year, encourages outdoor pursuits and watersports such as sailing and kayaking. Théoule-sur-Mer retains a quiet, residential atmosphere, quite different from the buzz of larger neighbouring resorts, while remaining within easy reach of Cannes and its amenities.
