Six Fours La Coudoulière

La Coudoulière is a coastal district of Six-Fours-les-Plages, a town in the Var department on the Sicié peninsula, between Toulon and Sanary-sur-Mer. This residential area sits right by a sandy and pebbly beach, with views towards the Embiez Island, reachable within minutes by boat from the nearby harbour of Le Brusc. The surroundings combine Mediterranean pine woods, small coves and coastal footpaths, ideal for walking and diving. The Mediterranean climate, with hot, dry summers, makes it well suited to water sports such as sailing, paddleboarding and swimming for much of the year. Nearby, the Six-Fours fort, perched on a hilltop, offers panoramic views over the Toulon roadstead and the sea. The old village of Six-Fours, with its Provençal lanes and church, is also worth a visit. Provençal markets and seafood restaurants bring life to the area, particularly around Le Brusc harbour. La Coudoulière therefore makes for a quiet base from which to explore maritime Provence, combining family-friendly beaches with unspoilt natural scenery along the Var coastline.
