Ried-Mörel

Ried-Mörel is a small village in Valais, Switzerland, set on a sunny slope of the Rhône valley not far from Brig. The village serves as a cable car gateway to the Riederalp plateau and the Aletsch Arena region, known for its proximity to the Aletsch Glacier, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The mountain setting offers a peaceful environment, ideal for holidays centred around summer hiking and winter sports in the neighbouring resorts. The village retains a traditional Valais character, with wooden chalets and terraced vineyards typical of the region.
