Consenvoye

Consenvoye is a small village in the Meuse department, in the Grand Est region of north-eastern France, located a few kilometres north of Verdun. The village lies along the River Meuse, which runs through the commune, and close to the Consenvoye state forest, a wooded area well suited to walking and exploring the local countryside. The village is known for its German national necropolis, a First World War military cemetery that bears witness to the intense fighting that took place around Verdun.
