Contrisson

Contrisson is a small village in the Meuse department, in the Grand Est region of north-eastern France. Situated on the banks of the River Saulx, it lies close to Revigny-sur-Ornain and Bar-le-Duc, the departmental capital, offering a quiet, rural setting typical of the Lorraine countryside. The surrounding area is characterised by gently rolling landscapes, woodland and waterways, ideal for walking, fishing and outdoor pursuits. The climate is semi-continental, with mild summers and cool winters, making spring and summer particularly pleasant times to explore the natural surroundings.
