Ingrannes

Ingrannes is a small village in the Loiret department, in the Centre-Val de Loire region, lying on the edge of the Forêt d'Orléans, one of France's largest state-owned forests. The village is particularly known for the Arboretum des Grandes Bruyères, a private botanical garden renowned for its collection of rare trees and shrubs, open to the public during certain periods of the year. Ingrannes' rural, wooded setting makes it well suited to walking, hiking and nature watching, with numerous trails running through the surrounding forest.
