Checy

Checy is a town in the Loiret department, lying on the banks of the Loire a few kilometres east of Orléans, within the greater Orléans metropolitan area. Its location in the heart of the Loire Valley, a UNESCO World Heritage site, makes it a popular stop along the Loire à Vélo cycle route, which runs through the town alongside the river.
