Irdning - Donnersbachtal

Irdning-Donnersbachtal is a municipality in the Liezen district of Styria, Austria, formed through the merger of Irdning and the Donnersbachtal valley. Located within the Ausseerland-Salzkammergut region, it enjoys a typical Styrian alpine setting, surrounded by mountain ranges that provide excellent terrain for hiking in summer and skiing in winter. The Riesneralm ski resort, situated in the Donnersbachtal valley, is one of the area's main tourist draws, offering family-friendly slopes and a mid-altitude skiing area.
