Słupsk

Słupsk is a town in Pomerania, northern Poland, situated around fifteen kilometres from the Baltic coast and the seaside resort of Ustka. Crossed by the Słupia River, popular for kayaking, the town retains a historic core featuring the castle of the Dukes of Pomerania and the old mill, which now houses a museum dedicated to the artist Witkacy. The Cathedral of St Peter and St Paul is among the notable religious buildings in the town centre. Largely rebuilt after the Second World War, Słupsk displays a mix of restored historic buildings and more recent construction.
