Nethy Bridge

Nethy Bridge is a small village in the Scottish Highlands, located within the Cairngorms National Park in the heart of Strathspey, on the banks of the River Spey, within the PH25 postcode area. Surrounded by Abernethy Forest, one of the most significant remnants of the ancient Caledonian pine forest, the village lies close to the RSPB Abernethy nature reserve and Loch Garten, a site well known for osprey and capercaillie sightings. The area draws walkers and nature enthusiasts thanks to its network of paths through woodland, moorland and riverside terrain, as well as anglers who come to fish for salmon on the Spey.
