Waren

Waren (Müritz) is a small town in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, located on the northern shore of Lake Müritz, the largest lake entirely within Germany. It serves as a popular gateway to Müritz National Park, known for its forests, wetlands and wildlife, including migratory birds. The historic old town features half-timbered houses and two Gothic brick churches, St Mary's and St George's, typical of the region's Baltic architectural style.
