Kustavi

Kustavi is a municipality in the archipelago of southwest Finland, within the Southwest Finland region, connected to the mainland by a network of bridges and forming part of the well-known Archipelago Trail (Saariston rengastie), a scenic route linking several islands via bridges and ferries. This island territory, made up of numerous wooded islets and sheltered sea channels, is popular for its traditional waterside cottages and holiday homes. Fishing, boating and kayaking are among the most common activities, taking advantage of the calm, sheltered waters of the Baltic Sea. Kustavi also serves as a departure point for ferries to more remote islands such as Iniö, offering direct access to a still largely unspoilt archipelago.
