Keuruu

Keuruu is a small town in the Central Finland region, situated on the shores of Lake Keurusselkä amid the typical landscape of Finland's lakes and forests. The town is known for its old wooden church, an 18th-century building valued for its traditional architecture and interior paintings. Nearby, the village of Haapamäki, part of the municipality, is home to a park dedicated to steam locomotives, a reminder of the area's former railway significance.
