Sipoo

Sipoo is a bilingual municipality in the Uusimaa region of southern Finland, located right on the doorstep of Helsinki. The area stretches between the Baltic Sea coastal archipelago and inland woodland, offering a varied natural setting well suited to walking and water-based activities. Sipoonkorpi National Park, one of the largest protected forest areas in the Helsinki metropolitan region, is a notable draw for nature lovers, with marked trails winding through forests and rocky outcrops typical of the Scandinavian bedrock landscape.
