Øystese

Øystese is a Norwegian village located on the shores of the Hardangerfjord, within the municipality of Kvam in Vestland county. This setting is typical of Norway's fjord region, with steep mountains descending into calm waters, creating an environment well suited to hiking and taking in coastal scenery. The village is known for its orchards, as the wider Hardanger district is renowned for apple and stone fruit production, with spring blossom drawing visitors to the area.
