Fjerritslev

Fjerritslev is a small market town in North Jutland, within Jammerbugt Municipality, close to the Jammerbugten bay and the North Sea coast. This quiet town often serves as a base for exploring the Han Herred coastal region, known for its wide sandy beaches, dunes and coastal plantations such as Svinkløv, home to the historic Svinkløv Badehotel bathing hotel. Nearby stands Bulbjerg, the only rocky headland on mainland Denmark, popular with hikers and birdwatchers. The seaside resort of Slettestrand, with its marina and holiday homes, lies just a few kilometres away. Fjerritslev has its own local brewery, Fjerritslev Bryghus, along with the everyday shops typical of small Danish towns.
