Fur

Fur is a small Danish island located in the Limfjord, in northern Jutland, forming part of Skive Municipality. It is particularly noted for its remarkable geology: the moler cliffs, a sedimentary rock rich in marine fossils and fine layers of volcanic ash dating back around 55 million years, draw geologists and curious visitors alike.
