Lipno nad Vltavou

Lipno nad Vltavou is a small village in South Bohemia, Czech Republic, located on the shores of Lake Lipno, the country's largest reservoir, at the edge of the Šumava mountain range. The village has developed around lake and forest tourism, offering a well-preserved natural setting popular in both summer and winter. During the warmer months, the lake is ideal for swimming, sailing, paddleboarding and fishing, while cycle paths along its shores connect nearby villages. The neighbouring Šumava forest is well suited to walking and nature watching.
