Jastrzebia Gora

Jastrzębia Góra is a small seaside resort on Poland's Baltic coast, in the Pomeranian Voivodeship, close to the Hel Peninsula and the town of Władysławowo. It is known for its steep cliffs overlooking the sea, particularly visible from Rozewie Cape, home to one of the oldest lighthouses on the Baltic. The coastline alternates between fine sandy beaches and pine woodland, typical of the Baltic coastal landscape park. The town makes a convenient base for exploring the Kashubia region and for reaching nearby villages such as Karwia and Jastarnia by bike or car. The atmosphere here is quieter than in larger resorts like Sopot, drawing visitors in search of rest and nature. The temperate maritime climate brings mild summers suited to swimming, while winters remain cool and windy. Fishing and seafood, particularly herring and smoked salmon, are among the local specialities found at markets and in small seafront restaurants along the coast.
