St-Germain-sur-Ay

St-Germain-sur-Ay is a coastal commune in the Manche department of Normandy, on the western side of the Cotentin peninsula. It is fringed by a long sandy beach and a dune system stretching several kilometres, forming a well-preserved natural setting. The village is particularly known for the Hâble, a coastal lagoon designated as a nature reserve, valued for birdwatching and its rich flora and fauna.
